Designed to support the company's continued growth, the facility provides a spacious, highly functional workspace featuring a clear-span steel structure, polished concrete floors, insulated metal wall panels, energy-efficient lighting, oversized overhead doors, integrated office space, and a modern employee breakroom.

The project began with extensive site development, including land clearing, mass grading, erosion control measures, stormwater management, and the installation of underground drainage infrastructure to prepare the property for long-term performance. Significant earthwork and utility improvements established a solid foundation while ensuring proper water management across the site.

The building was carefully planned to maximize workflow, equipment access, and long-term durability while maintaining a professional appearance that reflects the All Phase brand. A heavy timber entrance adds architectural character and creates a welcoming first impression for employees and customers alike.

The project's success was evident before construction was even complete. Due to the company's rapid growth and confidence in the facility, All Phase Heating & Air asked Shelton Construction to begin construction on a second industrial building adjacent to the property before the first building was finished.
